Unfortunatelly, there are no outgoing internet access at all, so, for example, if you interested in use of IRC connections, this isnt your provider.

Grex allows outgoing IRC for "validated" users. To get validated is just a request.

Validated users also have access to e-mail and the web for outgoing access.

In general, outgoing access is restricted to people who are "verified" which is to say, have provided acceptable identification per Grex's policies.
